Vice Squad, from Bristol, England, was formed in 1978 with the original lineup of Beki Bondage (vocals), Dave Bateman (guitar), Mark Hambly (bass), and Shane Baldwin (drums). Their first single, "Last Rockers" (1981), was well-received, selling 20,000 copies and spending 40 weeks on the UK Indie Chart, peaking at number seven.
